Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add lean ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  5. Once the beef is cooked, add heavy cream, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  6. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Mix in the cooked pasta until well coated.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
