Preparation
  1. Select ripe but firm bananas – golden yellow with a few brown spots. Peel and slice them into thick coins (½-inch thick).
  2. Place the sliced bananas in a medium mixing bowl and drizzle with fresh lemon juice, tossing gently to coat.
Dressing Preparation
  1. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream or Greek yogurt with mayonnaise.
  2. Whisk in honey or maple syrup and add a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
Combine Ingredients
