Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Add milk, olive oil, and egg to the mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough lightly until smooth.
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
Baking
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve the flatbread warm. It can be sliced for sandwiches or folded for wraps. Pairs well with olive oil, soft cheese, and a green salad. Store in an airtight bag for up to two days at room temperature or refrigerate for up to five days. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
