Preparation

- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly to form chips.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or topping for salads!
