  • 1 cup cottage cheese Use fresh cottage cheese for best results.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Cheddar gives a sharper flavor; mozzarella is milder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil or cooking spray For greasing the baking sheet.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly to form chips.
  4. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or topping for salads!

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for a short time or in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispness.
