- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Make sure they are completely dry for the best coating.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly.
- Place the dipped strawberries on parchment paper to set.
- If desired, melt white chocolate and drizzle over the chocolate-covered strawberries.
- Allow to cool until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
Notes
Chocolate strawberries are best enjoyed fresh but can last in the refrigerator for about 2 days. Limit serving to two or three strawberries for portion control and pair with nuts or yogurt for a balanced meal.
