Preparation
- If using a grill or campfire, get it ready. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if using the oven.
- Break the graham crackers in half. Place half of the crackers on a plate.
- Place a piece of chocolate on top of each graham cracker half.
Toasting
- Use skewers to hold the marshmallows. Hold them above the fire or grill until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes, turning often. If using the oven, place on a baking sheet and broil for about 1-2 minutes.
Assembly
- Once toasted, place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate on each cracker.
- Place the other half of the graham cracker on top of the marshmallow, pressing down gently.
Serving
- Enjoy your s'mores warm.
Notes
Best served immediately for optimal taste. Leftover s'mores can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
