Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 sheets Graham crackers About 8 full sheets needed.
  • 8 large Marshmallows Or about 16 smaller marshmallows.
  • 2 or more bars Milk chocolate bars Adjust according to preference.
Optional Ingredients
  • to taste Peanut butter For a nutty twist.
  • to taste Sea salt For added flavor.
  • to taste Flavored chocolate Consider caramel or mint variations.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If using a grill or campfire, get it ready. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if using the oven.
  2. Break the graham crackers in half. Place half of the crackers on a plate.
  3. Place a piece of chocolate on top of each graham cracker half.
Toasting
  1. Use skewers to hold the marshmallows. Hold them above the fire or grill until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes, turning often. If using the oven, place on a baking sheet and broil for about 1-2 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Once toasted, place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate on each cracker.
  2. Place the other half of the graham cracker on top of the marshmallow, pressing down gently.
Serving
  1. Enjoy your s'mores warm.

Notes

Best served immediately for optimal taste. Leftover s'mores can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
