Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cups sugar Granulated
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips For mixing into the batter
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced For mixing into the batter
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup chocolate for coating Melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and sliced strawberries.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  2. Allow brownies to cool, then melt chocolate for coating.
Coating
  1. Dip each brownie into the melted chocolate and let them set on wax paper.
  2. Optional: Top with additional sliced strawberries before serving.
