Preparation
- Combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assembly
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on each tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create wraps.
Cooking
- In the same non-stick pan, grill the folded wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
