  • 2 large large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 large large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assembly
  1. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
  2. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on each tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Fold the tortillas over the filling to create wraps.
Cooking
  1. In the same non-stick pan, grill the folded wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

These wraps are perfect for meal prep. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze them for up to 2 months.
