Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Scoop the cookie dough into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
Baking
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Allow the cookie cups to cool completely.
- Once cooled, pipe or spoon green buttercream frosting into the center to resemble bubbling potions.
- Optionally, decorate with chocolate chips or sprinkles.
Notes
These cookies can be wrapped for gifts and are best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage.
