- Take the Boursin cheese out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- While the cheese is warming, grab a plate or platter.
- Press the warm Boursin cheese onto the plate in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped or crushed pistachios on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the pistachios.
- Serve the appetizer with crackers or apple slices for dipping.
Notes
This appetizer is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. Keep components separate for best texture when serving again. Avoid freezing.
