Cinnamon Rolls
  • 2 packages 2 (8 count) packages of store-bought cinnamon rolls
Frosting
  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons milk (more as needed) Adjust for desired consistency
  • Red gel food coloring See note about food coloring

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Unravel each cinnamon roll to create long strips of dough.
  3. Twist and coil the unraveled dough into shapes resembling intestines.
Baking
  1. Bake the twisted cinnamon rolls for about 8-10 minutes.
Frosting Preparation
  1. Mix the powdered sugar with milk and add red gel food coloring until desired color is achieved.
Serving
  1. Drizzle the red frosting over the baked rolls and serve.
  2. Optionally, pair with decorative Halloween items for extra festivity.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, thaw and warm in the oven.
