Ingredients
  

For the smoothie
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen) Any combination of berries such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
  • 1 banana Can be replaced with avocado for a different flavor.
  • 1 cup coconut milk You can substitute with almond milk, oat milk, or yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds Adds protein and fiber to the smoothie.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
For toppings
  • as desired sliced fruits, nuts, or granola Customize with your favorite toppings.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If using fresh berries, rinse them well under cold water. If using frozen berries, no need to thaw.
Blending
  1. In your blender, add the mixed berries, banana, coconut milk, and chia seeds. If you prefer it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk.
Serving
  1. Once blended, pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  2. Top with your favorite toppings like sliced fruits, nuts, or granola.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a day but consume fresh for best flavor. Avoid freezing as the texture may change.
