- If using fresh berries, rinse them well under cold water. If using frozen berries, no need to thaw.
Blending
- In your blender, add the mixed berries, banana, coconut milk, and chia seeds. If you prefer it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup.
- Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk.
Serving
- Once blended, pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with your favorite toppings like sliced fruits, nuts, or granola.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a day but consume fresh for best flavor. Avoid freezing as the texture may change.
