For the wraps
  • 2 cups cooked BBQ chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup creamy coleslaw dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced jalapeƱos, cilantro, or other toppings Add according to preference.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded BBQ chicken with coleslaw mix.
  2. Add creamy coleslaw dressing and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the BBQ chicken and coleslaw mixture onto the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll from the bottom up to wrap the filling securely inside.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately, with optional toppings on the side.

Notes

These wraps can be paired with a side salad or sweet potato fries. Use whole grain or spinach tortillas for a healthier version, or large lettuce leaves for a low-carb option.
