Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine shredded BBQ chicken with coleslaw mix.
- Add creamy coleslaw dressing and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the BBQ chicken and coleslaw mixture onto the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll from the bottom up to wrap the filling securely inside.
- Slice in half and serve immediately, with optional toppings on the side.
Notes
These wraps can be paired with a side salad or sweet potato fries. Use whole grain or spinach tortillas for a healthier version, or large lettuce leaves for a low-carb option.
