Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a piece of brie cheese on the wide end of each triangle and add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top.
- Roll the dough around the cheese and cranberry filling, starting from the wide end.
- Place the wrapped brie bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the crescent rolls for a golden finish.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top for added crunch.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Best served warm. Consider cutting into small pieces for easy sharing and offer extra cranberry sauce or sliced apples/pears as dips.
