Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry all fresh produce thoroughly.
  2. Slice the apple and toss in lemon juice to prevent browning.
Assembly
  1. Arrange baby carrots, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, bell pepper strips, grapes, and blueberries into each compartment.
  2. Place cheddar cheese cubes, almonds, and sunflower seeds in separate sections.
  3. Add a hard-boiled egg half and a small container of hummus or guacamole.
  4. Include whole grain crackers as a crunchy side.
Storage
  1. Seal the boxes tightly and store in the refrigerator until ready to pack for school.
