Corn Ribs Ingredients
  • 4 cobs corn cobs, husked and cleaned
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 0.125 teaspoon pepper, or to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Stand a cob vertically with the widest end on the cutting board and cut it lengthwise with a sharp knife, rocking back and forth to cut through.
  2. Cut each corn cob half into quarters lengthwise.
  3. Brush the quartered cobs with a mixture of olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes until tender and edges are browned.
  2. For oven directions, preheat to 375 degrees F, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, place in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 3 months. Reheat in air fryer for about 5-7 minutes at 375 degrees F.
