Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and almond flour until a dough forms.
  3. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  4. Shape the dough into a flatbread on the baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and cool slightly before slicing.
